How do you pronounce your name, Nedda Shishegar?
     It is phonetically pronounced "Nedd-a Shish-E-gar". NOT  "Need-uh" or "Nay-duh"

Do you ship internationally?
     Yes! Of course I do! In the shopping cart process, you will have the option to chose AirMail or Priority Shipping.

What kinds of payment do you accept?
      I take credit card through PayPal, money order (you can get them at any post office, 7-11, or grocery store), cashier's check, and I allow personal checks from repeat customers only.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
    I try to get all of my orders shipped out within a week of the purchase. I will always email you regarding your purchase once it is placed.

I want to buy things from your  EnchantedLeaves.com site and also artwork from your FaeriePrints.com site, can you combine my items?
     Both my websites share the same shopping cart, so your purchases will automatically be combined.

Do you offer your jewelry/art Wholesale?
    Yes, all the wholesale information is found on my Wholesale page.

Are those really REAL leaves in your Autumn/Silver leaf jewelry? Are they sturdy....will they break easily?
      Yes they are real! They look pretty delicate, but they are actually very strong. You don't of course want to deliberately bend them though.

What happened to the old site design?
      It was time to redesign this site! Since I feel I have further developed as a designer in the past few years, I felt obligated to further express my creativity in my website designs.(yes, I actually made those wire words out of real wire...they are hanging on my wall from a push pin) I feel this new design captures the essence of my work and has a "work station" with raw materials feel to it...

 I emailed you a while ago, and you never wrote me back.
     If your email account has a junk mail filter on, you will not receive my emails! You must check your junk mail folder to find it, and add my email address to your safe list. I am the sole person who manages all my website and art related things, and since I am a very busy full time student, I may take a while getting back to your email....but I promise eventually I will! 

You change your bio picture a lot. Do you have a place where I can see all of your other pictures?
    Yeah, I have a ton. Check my Fantasy Art website's Photo Gallery to see more of my bio/Fantasy photos.

 I have a wedding coming up, can you design my necklace and my bridesmaids jewelry?
    Of course! I have a whole page that is dedicated to my custom Wedding jewelry. I even made the jewelry for my own wedding, pictures of that coming soon!

Do you make everything on this site?
    Why yes, yes I do. I take all the photos, hand make and design all the jewelry. I am also the webmaster and designer for this site. I personally package and ship all the orders as well.

Do you only do fantasy art(seen at http://www.FaeriePrints.com)?
     Mostly. But I do other types of art. I'm have an art portfolio site at NeddaShishegar.com, that has all of my art, old to new, fantasy to non. I do jewelry as well. Im also a Graphic Designer, Photographer(Nature Photography and also Surreal/Fantasy photomanipulations). You can see that work on my Design Portfolio at: Heart-String.com
